The Halkidiki Stone Table
40°11'N, 23°26'E — Sithonia
The Expedition
Three slabs of coastal limestone hauled by hand from a sea cave on the Sithonia peninsula — a two-day effort involving a makeshift raft and a Force 4 headwind. The stone bears the full record of that journey in its surface.
The Craft
The Inventor dry-stacked the slabs without adhesive, relying on weight and balance alone. The table has not moved since it was set down.
